Can AI crawlers reach you at all?
We read your robots.txt the way GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot and Google-Extended read it, and check whether any of them are blocked at the door.
Free AI Readiness Scan
Homeowners are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI for a contractor instead of scrolling search results. Enter your website and we'll read it the way AI search does, then show you exactly what they can and can't see — with the real steps to fix it.
No account, no payment, no changes to your site. We only read pages that are already public.
Eight scored factors across two pillars: the health of your website, and whether AI search can read, trust and quote it. Nothing is estimated — if we could not measure something, the report says so instead of filling in a number.

We count how many words are in the raw HTML before any script runs. AI search mostly quotes what is already there; a page that only fills in inside a browser has nothing to quote.
We look for construction-specific structured data — Plumber, HVACBusiness, Electrician, RoofingContractor, GeneralContractor — plus service area, hours, and the profiles that corroborate you.
We check for real tel: links in the HTML, not phone numbers baked into an image or loaded by a widget. This is the single most common miss on contractor sites.
We look for named cities and counties, your license number, emergency availability, and Google Guaranteed signals — the details AI search needs before it will name you.
We pull real page-speed data where it is available and score how quickly a homeowner on a phone can actually do something.
Home-service demand is urgent, local and one-shot. A homeowner with water on the floor or no heat in February is not comparison-shopping across ten tabs — they want a name and a number. When AI search answers them, they get a handful of businesses, and the first one they can call in a tap usually wins the job.
AI search recommendations favor businesses that can be described confidently: a site whose text can be read without running JavaScript, structured data that states the trade and the service area, a phone number in a real link, consistent details across Google, Angi, BBB and Nextdoor, and pages that answer questions in plain, quotable sentences.
Each of these shows up in the scan as a specific finding with the evidence we found on your own pages — and two ways to resolve it.
